Yogosaurus: Yoga exercises for children and little dinosaurs

Four little dinosaurs (a nervous T-Rex, a calm Triceratops, a lively Velociraptor and a dreamy Pterodactyl) try out yoga poses inspired by nature and their environment (tree pose, warrior pose, camel pose, etc.).

The exercises described in the book help them cope with some aspects of their personality that are problematic: They help them relax, gain concentration and calmness.

The dinosaurs, in turn, will guide the children in the same way: They will show them how to channel their energy, get to know their bodies and acquire new abilities.

• The selected exercises are fun and easy, even for young children, as they are explained step by step.
