Terms of use of the Looreti website

Please read the following terms that govern the operation of our online store, as by continuing to browse you automatically agree to them.

General terms and conditions:

1. Company details

The website www. looreti.gr belongs to the company with the name “Vasilea Keka tou Dimitriou” and the distinctive title “Looreti”, which is located at 5 Agias Triados Street, 14341, Nea Filadelfia, bears VAT number 121151525, is subject to the Tax Office KEFODE of Attica and will be hereinafter referred to as the “company” for the sake of brevity.

2. Purpose of the website:

The purpose of the looreti.gr website is to inform, promote and remotely retail the products published on it.

3a. Content reliability:

The company is committed to the validity and reliability of the information material contained on the website, reserving the right for any typographical or technical errors that may appear and arise unintentionally and without malice.

3b. Product availability:

The availability of products is updated automatically, however, there is a case of deviation from the existing stock in the availability displayed on the website. For any such deviations, but also in any case, the buyer receives immediate information about the availability and progress of his order, as well as its management in the event that not all products of the order are available at the time of order. In the event that products are not available and are expected, the buyer is informed of their estimated time of arrival. In the above information, the company reserves the right for the case of force majeure that may arise either in itself or in its suppliers.

4. Product Shipping:

4a.Shipping Times:

For orders submitted by 2:00 PM, their execution and shipping begins on the same day, while for orders received after 2:00 PM, the process begins on the next business day. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from the company's headquarters accompanied by their tax document to the destination declared by the buyer when placing their order. The cooperating courier companies for delivery to the buyer's premises are ACS courier and ELTA courier and the shipping and cash on delivery costs mentioned on the website refer to these companies. If the buyer wishes the products to be shipped with a different courier company, he must state this when placing his order, or by telephone, at which time he will also receive information about the shipping time of his order. The delivery times set by the cooperating courier companies concern the average delivery time, may vary depending on the conditions and are as follows:

Within Attica: 1 working day
Within mainland Greece: 1-2 working days
To island destinations: 1-3 working days
To hard-to-reach areas*within Greece: 1-5 working days
*as defined by ACS courier and ELTA door-to-door.
To Cyprus: 4-15 days
To other EU countries: 4-12 days

4b. Shipping cost:

Greece: For orders over 50.00 euros, the shipping cost is free. Orders under 50.00 euros are charged 3.50 euros for all of Greece. Bulky items, the weight of which exceeds 10 kg, are shipped by a shipping company and the cost is calculated before completing your purchase.

Cyprus: shipments weighing up to 2 kg have a shipping charge of €10.00, while for shipments over 2 kg the cost is calculated automatically before completing the order. Bulky products are excluded, which will be shipped after consultation with the customer.

Other EU countries: the shipping cost of shipments to other EU countries is calculated automatically before completing the order and based on the weight of the package, it concerns a service with tracking of the shipment and the transport is done either via DHL or via ELTA.

5. Payment methods:
Credit card payments are processed in a secure environment of the payment provider viva payments. If you choose to pay by bank deposit, you will receive an e-mail with instructions and our bank account details. If you choose to pay by cash on delivery (cash to the distributor who will deliver your package to you), the additional cost to the total order will be 1.90 euros, including VAT. This cost will be added to the total of your order before completing your purchase. If you choose to pay via iris, you will receive instructions at the address you have stated to complete your payment.
Payment by cash on delivery or iris is not possible for shipments to Cyprus or other EU countries.

6. Product Returns:
If for any reason, you wish to return the product(s) you purchased, you may do so within 30 days of the date of receipt of your product, by first informing us either by phone (6977080052) or by e-mail at looreti.s@gmail.com of your intention, so that we can arrange the receipt of the returned package.
The cost of the return is borne by you, deducted from the amount of the refund and is as follows:
For Greece: €3.50
For Cyprus: €10.00
For other EU countries, returns are not accepted
In order for the return to be accepted, the items must be in their original packaging, exactly as you received them, not damaged or worn, with any labels not removed and accompanied by their proof of purchase or gift card. For this reason, please ensure that the items to be returned are securely packaged. For products that are received damaged, damaged or have any alteration to themselves or their packaging, the return and compensation of their value will not be accepted and you will be charged for the return costs. Returns are not accepted after 30 days or for products that are on offer/discount or are seasonal and the said period has passed.
If the product you received is defective, and we have been informed beforehand either by telephone or by e-mail, we will assume the cost of returning it to our headquarters through the cooperating courier company, which will receive the package after our instructions. For defective products, you will not be charged for the return of the package and your money will be refunded using the same method with which you paid for the order.
After we receive and inspect the products you return, we will refund your money, using the same method of payment. The refund will be made the day after the product arrives at our location, provided that the initial payment has been made by deposit, while for payments by credit card, the waiting time ranges from 5-15 calendar days from the receipt of the returned package, as they are processed by our banking provider. Products that are damaged, worn, used or with their original packaging altered will not be accepted and the return cost will be borne by the customer.
In case you wish to exchange the product you received for another, please contact us either by phone or by e-mail so that we can prepare your new order and arrange for the return product to be collected from your location. In this case, the shipping costs for the return of the original product are borne by the company, while the customer is only charged the shipping costs for the new shipment. This only applies to the first change. In the event of a second change, the shipping costs for the return and re-shipment of the product that replaces the previous one are borne by the customer.
For returns that are returned to our warehouse, or exchanges that are processed by our warehouse, the customer is not charged shipping costs and there is no additional charge.
