A true story that once unfolded on Amorgos, a story about someone who painted on stone what he did not experience.
The "stone embroiderer" Michalis Roussos lived in the traditional stone settlement of Asfondylitis in Amorgos, in a place that remained the same and unchanged for centuries. He was born before 1900 and died during the Occupation. The only thing that reminds us of this strange artist now are the rock paintings he left on the large stones of the walls of the houses, in the pens of the settlement and at other points on the road to Potamos.
