Myths and Heroes #4 – Neptune: Like a fish out of water

Well, he's not an easy god to mess with! The angry, the furious, the vengeful but above all the delightful Poseidon will get involved in... tremendous adventures. Who, I wonder, took his trident? Of course, Atlas and Minos, to roast three chickens at the same time with its help! How will our protagonists escape it? What will be the fate of the other heroes, Odysseus and Hercules? And, most importantly, who will win in the game of three-for-one: Poseidon or the almighty Zeus?

Myths and Heroes

This is a humorous children's book series based on Greek mythology. The main characters are Minos, the Minotaur and Atlas, two mismatched, yet inseparable, friends who live in the shadow of Olympus. They want to gain the fame, glory and powers of the Gods of Olympus, but their every effort falls to the ground… Clumsy, but fearless, they get entangled in the feet of Zeus, in the trident of Poseidon, in the wings of Icarus, in… the jaws of the Lernaean Hydra and always, at the last moment, escape destruction!

In their adventures they will meet all the Gods and Heroes of mythical ancient Greece and, through their exploits and failures, they will introduce us to all the protagonists of Greek mythology.
