The author, drawing inspiration from the first days of quarantine, as the title playfully suggests, states: "It was like when you calmly look out your window at a dark and eerie storm coming from afar. I felt deeply the anxiety of uncertainty and at the same time a peace. I began to feel a strong inner need to capture it in some way." And the way was familiar, wildlife (ours), but also love: "I don't have much experience with wildlife, but my collaboration with the Arcturus environmental organization was decisive. The character of Zekos the wolf, which I had created ten years ago for Arcturus, automatically became the protagonist of the story, when I decided that the element of love and affection would be the driving force of the plot."

The book is part of the "I Support Arcturus" series, which aims to instill in children, through their curiosity and need for learning, sensitivity to the protection of wildlife.
